Customer Success Manager

Job Purpose

To be responsible for engaging with customers to drive product adoption and demonstrate ongoing value. To be responsible for onboarding new customers by engaging teams in the launch, driving adoption, and managing relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish customer support practices including policies and procedures that optimize customer experience.
  • Gather customer feedback, study other customer success programs and analyze customer to identify best practices.
  • Provide technical and product support for customers, assist customers in planning and understanding the best ways to utilize the product based on their needs and business plans.
  • Maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the company and its customers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the company and its customers.
  • Gauge customers’ level of engagement with the company and provide feedback to other teams regarding product and service improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to support pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to inform sales process and product roadmap.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in relevant fields in Business is required, MBA / Master is preferred.
  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development or any client-facing role.
  • Experience in working with multi-geographic customers.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for technology and for being part of a fast-growing tech company.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
  • Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change.
